The University of Mississippi Box Office is located in the Ford Center and provides ticketing services for non-athletic productions and events held on campus. Additionally, the Box Office offers ticketing services for off-campus events.

Ticketing Policies
We do not sell athletic tickets. Those can be purchased at the Athletic Ticket Office, 662-915-7167.
All sales are final. No exchanges. There are no ticket refunds unless a performance is canceled by the Ford Center. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will receive a refund.
The UM Box Office is the only authorized ticket seller for events at the Ford Center at the University of Mississippi Oxford Campus. Please be aware that event tickets purchased from a source other than the UM Box Office may be counterfeit and will not be accepted for admission. The UM Box Office is not responsible for third party resell tickets. Please use caution when purchasing tickets. To avoid problems with invalid or counterfeit tickets, please only purchase tickets through the UM Box Office in the Ford Center or website.

Season tickets and group tickets must be purchased in advance. Please call the UM Box Office at 662-915-7411 or stop by Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and we are happy to assist you with an order.
Customers picking up tickets at Will Call must present a photo ID. In order to avoid long lines, it is a good idea to pick up your tickets 45 minutes to one hour before the show.
The UM Box Office staff is happy to assist you in finding seats that best meet your needs. Please call us at 662-915-7411 and we will work with you to determine a good location. Assisted listening devices are available for events at the Ford Center.

The Ford Center, Nutt Auditorium, and Meek Auditorium all have parking available. However, parking can be a challenge on campus. Please plan your time accordingly before an event if you need to purchase your tickets at the UM Box Office or pick them up in Will Call.
In consideration of the artists and fellow audience members, please make sure to turn off phones and other devices. No cameras or recording devices of any kind are allowed during performances. If you arrive late, the ushers will ask you to wait for a suitable interval in the performance to take your seat.

UM students must present their UM ID when purchasing a student ticket. There is a limit of 1 ticket per UM student ID.
For events with reserved seating (assigned seats), individuals who would like to sit together should purchase their tickets at the same time.
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

We will make every effort to accommodate your seating requests; however, seats are not held from year to year. All orders are processed in the order that they are received. To increase the likelihood of getting specific seats, season ticket holders should take advantage of the early purchase window and write their seating preference on their order forms. In order to reprint your tickets, we must be able to verify which tickets were sold to you. If you purchased your tickets online or through the UM Box Office, we will be able to locate and reprint the tickets for you.
